of deadlines and tasks necessary to a smooth
transaction;

expect timeliness;

expect immediate
feedback on showings (within one hour);
6.
expect attention to
detail and organization ~ not last minute issues
and crisis;
7.
expect
professionalism in attire and mannerisms, after
all you are being represented by your realtor;
8.
expect your realtor
to be your single, trusted source.
