buyer’s agent and a listing agent as well as assisting the owner/broker
with the management of the company, Elizabeth quickly became very
experienced with every facet of the industry. Elizabeth over the years
has attended many training seminars giving her a solid background in the
regulations and practical hands-on-knowledge so necessary to a successful
career. Looking to always move to the next level and grow a solid
and steady business, Elizabeth then switched to Keller Williams, a
fast-growing, agent based business that allows Elizabeth to continue her
business to be 95% referral based, servicing clients and her support team
to the highest degree. Elizabeth is a devoted professional always eager to expand her
experience and knowledge. Elizabeth was one of the first to use buyer
agency in the area. Always looking to be respected by her colleagues and
to be as well informed as possible she has earned her ABR designation
(Buyer Broker Specialty) allowing herself to be a buyer specialist in the
true sense of the word. Elizabeth is also has attained the Quality
Service Certified designation.
However the best knowledge to be gained
in real estate is the job experience as well as the people skills
necessary to handle transactions, serve clients properly and gain the
trust and respect of colleagues in the business. Social skills and the
experience to handle situations as they arise are key factors in having a

Elizabeth lives in Rowley,
Massachusetts with her husband, Jim, her two daughters, Jessica and
Anastacia, her son, Jim and her dogs, Abby and Owen. She enjoys running,
snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Six years ago she started the Rowley
Softball program with 20 players and which now boasts 95+ girls, ages 7 to
16. Elizabeth is also very active in her church as the secretary, youth
group director and volunteer in many activities. She also is a camp
director for a one-week overnight church camp in Maine.
