It should be simple, right?
It doesn’t matter what realtor you use, right?

You should have high expectations as you make your real estate decisions.

You should expect the following:

1. expect your realtor to listen closely to you and attend to you;

2. expect your realtor to be extremely knowledgeable about the current market and the areas you are considering;

3. expect to be informed of deadlines and tasks necessary to a smooth transaction;

4. expect timeliness;

5. expect immediate feedback on showings (within one hour);

6. expect attention to detail and organization ~ not last minute issues and crisis;

7. expect professionalism in attire and mannerisms, after all you are being represented by your realtor;

8. expect your realtor to be your single, trusted source.
